About every fours year ITU arranges World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRC). In November-December 2023 WRC-23 will be held over four weeks in Dubai with estimated attendance of about 3500 delegates. This presentation will focus on some of the agenda items that will be most likely to have lengthy discussions during WRC-23.
