QIN Yanmin （Emily Chin） is the Senior Technology Planner of Wireless Network in Huawei. Since 1998, she has been deeply engaged in wireless technology research and development, covering 3G, 4G, and 5G. Her work spans from the pre-research and commercial deployment of 3G RRM algorithms, to UMTS and LTE product planning, and the design of UMTS and SingleRAN solutions. In recent years, she has focused on long-term wireless research and technology planning, driving innovation and shaping the future evolution of wireless networks.
